‘Stop Snoring’ Exercise Program

I used to snore so loud which kept my wife awake the whole night. We have already tried different snore cures but just the same I’m still wearing ear plugs when we sleep. Then one day, our doctor suggested us the Stop Snoring Program. Snoring exercises, as the name suggests, are exercises targeted solely to eliminate your snoring.

While exercise in general can boost your overall feeling of comfort and help reduce the snoring, exercises specifically for snoring target the muscles and structure related with the vibrations that cause you to snore.

Snoring exercise firms the tissue associated with the vibrations that cause the snoring. As the body gets older it tends to lose some of its elasticity and muscle tone. This includes the throat area where most snoring noise initiates. The snoring sound is made when areas like the soft palate and uvula vibrate due to the passing air. Snoring exercise may also help retrain the tongue and lower jaw. A lot of snoring occurs when the jaw drops open and slips backwards causing the base of the tongue to block the airflow in the throat. The disturbed airflow causes the snoring sound.

The Stop Snoring Program directly aimed at the weaker muscles which are blocking the airways instead of removing them just like in surgery or pushing them aside like those incredibly uncomfortable devices they make you wear in your mouth.

I had noticeably reduced snoring and for the past few days, I am not woken from my sleep as much as usual, I’m now using the My snoring Solution instead though.
